When this innovative TV series first aired I was immediately drawn to the fleet's struggle to survive and I have been a fan of the show ever since. This site started life as part of a much larger undertaking to document in words and pictures the career of Dirk Benedict whose portrayal of Starbuck eventually won my allegiance over Apollo - not that I don't still like Apollo too.
